Part 1: Chat Archaeology

Organizing your history into 4-7 life domain folders.

Step 1: The Category Discovery Prompt

Tap the box to copy, then paste into ChatGPT:

I want to organize my past conversations into domain categories (like "Food," "Wellness," "Career," "Travel," etc.), but I'm not sure what categories make the most sense for MY life specifically. Can you help me identify 5-7 meaningful categories by asking me a few questions about: - What I tend to ask AI about most - What areas of my life feel repetitive or time-consuming - What I'm trying to optimize or improve right now - What I'm naturally curious about Then, based on my answers, suggest a set of custom categories that feel true to how I actually live and work—not generic life coaching categories.

💡 Pro-Tip: Clean Your Sidebar

Once you have your categories, start moving your chats into Projects or Folders. This isn't just for cleaning up—it's how you train the AI on what's important.

Tip: Use the Search Bar at the top of your chat history to quickly find and group related topics.

Part 2: Identity Mapping

Drafting the foundation for your main AI agent.

I'm building custom instructions for ChatGPT. The final output needs to be concise—under 50 words. Then, write ONLY 2-3 sentences (under 50 words) describing my ideal communication style. Keep it specific and concise.

Prompt 2: Work Style & Context

Tap to copy prompt
I want ChatGPT to understand how I work. The final output needs to be concise—under 100 words. Ask me 5-7 questions about what I do for work, my day structure, and what drains my energy. Then, write a summary under 100 words: What does my work life look like, and what should you keep in mind when giving me advice? Be specific.

Prompt 3: Values & Decision-Making

Tap to copy prompt
I want ChatGPT to understand what I care about so suggestions align with my values. The final output needs to be concise—under 100 words. Ask me 5-7 questions about my non-negotiables, beliefs, and how I make decisions. Then, write a summary under 100 words: What are my core values and how should that shape your advice?
